The first step is to download the current version of the Baker Framework:

Laker Starter Package

Download the Laker Starter Package

Version 1.4 contains:

The Laker CSS-Styles (based on the Less Framework).
All HTML, CSS and image resources of the "NYC"-example app.
Photoshop Templates for iPad & iPhone and the "Start picture"

Replace the "book"
folder of Baker

Replace the "book" folder of your Baker directory with that from the Laker Starter Pack and you're good to go.
